Delegation from Chinese think tank visits U.S. for exchange, dialogue

Washington [US], April 27: A delegation from the Center for China and Globalization (CCG) recently visited the United States, and held nearly 20 discussion sessions with representatives from academia, business, media and international organizations.
The delegation visited Princeton, New York, Washington D.C. and Boston from April 19 to 25, and engaged in exchanges and dialogues, sharing views on China-U.S. relations and global governance.
During a gathering held in Washington D.C. on Friday, Wang Huiyao, founder and president of the CCG, expressed hope of further strengthening exchanges between think tank scholars from China and the United States to enhance mutual understanding and trust.
During their visit, the delegation visited U.S. think tanks such as the National Committee on American Foreign Policy, the National Committee on United States-China Relations, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft, and the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
They also engaged in exchanges with organizations such as the U.S.-China Business Council, the Asia Society, and the China Institute in America, as well as business entities such as the Asia Group.
At a UN Security Council Arria-Formula meeting at the UN Headquarters in New York on the theme "the Impact of Unilateralism and Bullying Practices on International Relations," Wang delivered a keynote speech.
