Pakistan condemns terrorist attacks in Afghanistan

Islamabad (Pakistan), April 20: Pakistan on Tuesday strongly condemned multiple terrorist attacks in Afghanistan's capital Kabul that resulted in the loss of lives while injuring several others.
"Pakistan strongly condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations. We stand with our Afghan brothers in this moment of sorrow," the Pakistani Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement.
The government and people of Pakistan extend deep sympathies to the families of those who have lost their lives and pray for the early recovery of the injured, the statement added.
The foreign ministry said it is important that Afghanistan and the international community engage in close cooperation against the scourge of terrorism.
Twin blasts claimed six lives and injured 11 others in Dasht-e-Barchi area of Afghanistan's Kabul city on Tuesday, Kabul police spokesman Khalid Zadran said.
