New Delhi, Apr 04 (ANI): Post Prime Minister's call on lighting diyas and candles on April 05, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor reacted to it and said that coronavirus needs scientific approach of testing and treating. He said, "Please don't put words in my mouth. I have not spoken about Hindutva. I am also a Hindu who has a great deal of reverence of symbolic and significant meaning of the number 9 and I think it is an auspicious number. But, surely we are dealing with coronavirus outbreak. We are beyond thinking about the auspicious number. There are far more serious issues, nation is facing today. Issues that required scientific approach of testing, treating, of isolating, of tracing contacts and ultimately of producing and providing enough ventilators, masks and kits and all of the things that are necessary in modern science to be able to treat the virus. So, I am just pointing out the symbolism of this photo ops is in mind is likely to be little more than symbolism whereas there are scientific challenges, the Prime Minister has not addressed."
