COVID-19: Barber shops re-opened in Kochi, only hair cutting allowed

Kochi (Kerala), May 22 (ANI): Barber shops and salons re-opened in Kerala’s Kochi amid coronavirus pandemic. Only hair cutting is allowed in the salons of Kerala. Shaving is not allowed inside barber shops due to fear of COVID-19. Barbers are maintaining social distancing with all the customers. The owners of barber shops are facing hardships due to less income. While speaking to ANI, a barber said, “We have opened the shops after many weeks but our income is low as compared to the income we did before lockdown.”
