COVID-19: Jharkhand CM inspects food prepared for needy amid lockdown

Ranchi (Jharkhand), Apr 15 (ANI): Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren inspected food prepared for poor and needy people in Ranchi amid coronavirus lockdown. He visited Shahid Maidan to inspect the facilities provided to poor amid COVID-19 outbreak. CM Soren also appreciated efforts of BPHO organisation in Ranchi for providing food to needy people. He also suggested them to maintain social distancing while preparing and distributing food. There are total 27 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Jharkhand. According to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the total number of COVID-19 active cases rose to 10,197 in India and 392 deaths.
