Indian Railways starts ‘special water train’ for its workers

Shimla (HP), Apr 14 (ANI): The Northern Indian Railway started a special water train between Kalka and Shimla heritage line on April 13. This special water train has been started with an objective to provide water facility at different destinations between Kalka and Shimla railway stations. The train brings in sanitization material parcel and water for the Railway workers working on eight different locations between Kalka and Shimla. “The objective of this train is to provide water and sanitation facility to those Railway workers who are keeping the stations and locations clean to fight the pandemic of COVID-19,” said Indian Railways staff.
