Locals protest against crumbling healthcare system in PoK

Palandari, PoK, April 02, 2019:- A large number of protesters took to the streets of Palandari region in Pakistan occupied Kashmir after the law enforcement agencies arrested few youths for raising their voice against the apathy and discrimination of the government. They were falsely implicated after they carried out a demonstration against the administration in the aftermath of the death of a local owing to doctors’ negligence and absence of an adequate healthcare system in the region. People shouted anti-government slogans and sought an immediate release of arrested youths. Local leaders demanded the administration to expeditiously deliver justice. They also warned authorities with consequences if it continued with oppressive measures.
