President Kovind confers 'Nari Shakti Puraskar’

New Delhi, Mar 08 (ANI): President Ram Nath Kovind conferred 'Nari Shakti Puraskar’ to the women, who proved the world that being a woman is not a weakness but a superpower. IAF's women fighter pilots Mohana Jitarwal, Avani Chaturvedi and Bhawana Kanth received the 'Nari Shakti Puraskar’. 103-year-old Mann Kaur also honored by President for her achievements in athletics. Known as ‘Mushroom Mahila’ for popularising mushroom cultivation, Bihar's Bina Devi also received the 'Nari Shakti Puraskar’. She was ‘Sarpanch’ of Dhauri Panchayat, Tetiabamber block for 5 years.
