Radha Soami Satsang Beas in Ajmer feed the poor amid lockdown

Ajmer, (Rajasthan) (ANI) May 1: The nationwide lockdown in the backdrop of Covid-19 outbreak has hit the poor hard. Among many organizations, who have come forward to lend a helping hand to needy, Radha Soami Satsang Baes is ensuring no one remain hungry during the pandemic. Its Bhagwan Ganj ashram in Ajmer, Rajasthan prepares over 7,000 fresh and hygienic food packets at the community kitchen. The volunteers work round the clock to prepare meals for distribution. The Radha Soami Satsang Beas takes all required measures while cooking food. Its volunteers wear masks, gloves and other required safety kits to maintain hygiene. These volunteers also have to go under regular medical check-ups at the centre. Local authorities collect meals from the centre for outdoor distribution.
